The podcast explores themes of forgiveness, mental health, and personal growth, further solidifying her role as a thought leader in the community.
Sandy is also a co-author of the mental health book * Mental Health Ki Hundi Hai*, written in collaboration with Dr. Jaspreet Tehara.
